Who's behind this site

This site grew out of a personal search: one woman living with lipedema looked for clear information, gathered and synthesized material from different sources - articles, guides, and medical references - and made it accessible in one place in Hebrew, and gradually in English too. There is no medical team behind the site; the goal is to curate reliable information in accessible language, not to replace professionals.

Site purpose

Many people cannot find clear Hebrew information about diagnosis, staging, nutrition, physical activity, lymphatic care, supplements, and mental health. This site brings together one reliable source, organized by topic, with links to in-depth articles and practical tools.

How content is built

Articles are written and edited in accessible language, based on varied sources, with a clear distinction between general information and personal recommendations. Always consult your care team before changing treatment.
